April 4, 2012 - An Alberta judge has ordered authorities to reimburse a man whose money was confiscated by the RCMP under a controversial civil law, saying his rights were violated.

Recently, Ms. Molle was successful in defending a 22-kilogram cocaine importation case. Her client was exonerated of all charges as a result of egregious violations of his Charter rights.

In 2010, Ms. Molle was instrumental in obtaining a substantial cost award against the Alberta Government for its unwarranted attempt to seize the home of a Calgary senior citizen. The Court ordered the Crown to pay "full indemnification", which included legal costs for its attempt to seize the home based upon little evidence.
